Software Support Analyst

Location: Remote (or hybrid in Dallas/Fort Worth)

Job Summary:

We’re growing our IT client services team and need a Software Support Analyst who’s ready to learn, problem-solve, and make a real impact for our clients. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and love helping people, this role gives you the chance to build your skills while supporting the software that keeps Texas property tax operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

·        Answer client support calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.

·        Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through solutions.

·        Log support requests in our ticket tracking system with clear, detailed information.

·        Assist with yearly appraisal and tax functions to keep client operations on track.

·        Learn the ins and outs of our software and become a trusted resource for clients.

What You Bring:

·        Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional.

·        Problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

·        Willingness to learn new software and processes quickly.

·        Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools daily.

·        Basic knowledge of databases or SQL is a plus (but not required—we’ll help you learn).

·        Familiarity with appraisal districts, property tax, or real estate industry is a bonus.

·        Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Education & Experience:

·        High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

·        Previous experience in customer or technical support is helpful but not mandatory.

·        Exposure to mass appraisal or tax collection software is a plus.

·        RPA, RTA, or CTA certification is preferred but not required—we value experience and potential equally.
