What You’ll Do:

·        Lead the charge on legislative changes—translate them into actionable software updates and requirements.

·        Manage assigned support tickets like a pro—prompt responses, clear communication, and smart solutions.

·        Draft and oversee release notes and client documentation for new software changes.

·        Maintain and update Crystal Reports for state-mandated Texas Property Tax Division forms.

What You Bring to the Table:

·        Advanced technical proficiency with website management and application support.

·        Strong SQL skills for data extraction, queries, and reporting (bonus points for creative solutions).

·        Clear, confident communication skills with clients and internal teams.

·        A knack for problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

·        Familiarity with mass appraisal processes, real estate, oil & gas, or property tax industry knowledge is a huge plus.

·        Keen attention to detail and ability to navigate complex workflows.

Education & Experience:

·        RPA, RTA, CTA certification—or equivalent experience in an appraisal district or tax office—required.

·        5+ years in customer support, technical support, or property tax/appraisal-related roles.

·        High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

·        Hands-on experience with SQL and data management preferred.

·        Previous work with CAMA software, property tax solutions, or Crystal Reports is a big advantage.

Perks of the Job:

·        Fully remote option (or hybrid in Dallas/Fort Worth) with a team that actually enjoys working together.

·        11 paid holidays, 10 vacation days, and 10 sick days per year.

·        Employer-paid medical insurance, 401(k) match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
